Chris Quigley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Chris co-founded Delib in 2004, a digital democracy company that assists governments worldwide in improving their democratic processes. Chris was the Director of AMCO Security Limited from 1996. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the Managing Editor at Hackers.Media. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director EMEA at Sharethrough from 2014 to 2016. Chris also co-founded VAN, a social video platform, from 2006 to 2014. Additionally, they were the Owner and co-founder of Team Rubber from 2001 to 2014, as well as Rubber Republic from 2001 to 2014.

Chris Quigley attended Ampleforth College from 1988 to 1996. Chris then went on to study Philosophy at Bristol University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
