Cedar Mittig

Cedar Mittig is an accomplished sommelier with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a sommelier at Delicious Hospitality Group since January 2022, Cedar has previously held sommelier positions at Benno Restaurant and Babbo, as well as serving as wine director for Foster Supply Hospitality. Cedar's journey in the industry began at Union Square Hospitality Group as a server. Cedar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz/Jazz Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2014.
