Madisen Mrotek

Madisen Mrotek is currently a Research and Data Analyst at Delineate, starting in December 2023. Previously, Madisen held various positions at the Indiana Department of Health from May 2019 to December 2023, including State Office of Primary Care Manager, Primary Care Office Program Coordinator, COVID-19 Epidemiologist, and Chronic Disease Resource Coordinator. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Floor Team Member at Whole Foods Market from March 2019 to August 2020. Madisen earned a Bachelor of Science in Epidemiology from Indiana University Indianapolis from 2016 to 2020 and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology at The Chicago School, expected to be completed in November 2024.
