Hannah Leuchter is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR systems management and implementation. Currently serving as Global HR Systems Manager at Delinian since October 2022, Hannah focuses on continuous improvement and support for global HR systems using Dayforce. Prior to this role, Hannah was a System Administrator at Euromoney Institutional Investor, contributing to a Dayforce implementation project that involved process discovery and training. Hannah also has a strong background in consultancy and implementation, having worked at University College, Oxford, and as Global HRIS Manager at Oxford University Press, where a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation was delivered across 60 countries. Additional roles include HR Systems & Reward Specialist at Elsevier and HR Team Leader at Oxfam, showcasing a broad spectrum of HR expertise from operational management to strategic system enhancements.
