Damond Jay Smith, Jr.

Damond (Jay) Smith, Jr. has held various roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry since 2019. Damond (Jay) was the Founder of Haute Latte Media Group in 2019, followed by Co-Founder and Partner of Placard Logistics in 2021. In 2022, they began working at Deliver-It as a Talent Acquisition, and also took on the role of Executive Recruiter at UCI, Inc. Additionally, they were a Recruiter at Aston Carter in 2022.
