Ron Mandel

Ron's expertise is in building values-based cultures that uncover each person's unique gifts so they and the business can flourish. Enhancing intra and interpersonal relationships based on respect is the cornerstone of his work. When people learn to appreciate the Wonder of Life and build a healthy relationship with themselves, they can support others with compassion and generosity. With this purpose in mind, he has consulted with organizations in Canada, the US, Europe, China, India, Egypt, and Vietnam. Ron has recently completed his book called ‘Higher Purpose, on Purpose’. His motivation in writing it is to encourage leaders to build a Higher Purpose into the DNA of their organizations so it can be alive on a daily basis.
