Emilia Hardern

Emilia Hardern serves as the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Partner at Deliveroo since June 2022, where responsibilities include coaching business leaders and addressing complex DEI challenges to foster an inclusive workplace. As the Chair and Founder of Rail Unites for Inclusion from June 2021 to June 2022, Emilia collaborated with industry leaders to enhance workforce representation and accessibility in the rail sector. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure as Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager at Network Rail, as well as roles in recruitment and human resources at Santander UK, Tatts Group, and Nationwide Building Society.
