Prior to their current role at Deliveroo, Ilaria held positions as a Senior Contract Manager in Northern and Central Italy at Italcamel Accommodation & Destination Services. Ilaria also served as Head of Growth at Pupilla - Nice to Meet View and held various managerial roles at Ecce SpA. Ilaria holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management with a focus on Marketing from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has completed an Executive Education Program in Strategic Branding from London Business School.
