Jérémy Belain

Jérémy Belain is the current Head of People for Deliveroo in France. Prior to this, they served as an HR Operations Manager for Staples from April 2016 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing 2 HR assistants, as well as the administrative and legal aspects of the company. Jérémy also oversaw the development of the company's onboarding process, annual training plans, and annual interview process.

From May 2014 to April 2016, Jérémy served as a Human Resources Business Partner for Societe Generale Securities Services. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and training new employees, as well as managing the company's compensation and benefits programs. Jérémy also negotiated collective agreements with unions, and managed three redundancy plans.

Prior to their work in human resources, Jérémy served as a Recruiter & L&D Specialist for Korian from June 2011 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting new employees, as well as training and development programs.

Jérémy Belain holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from IGS.
