Raymond Chan

Raymond Chan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Deliveroo since September 2019, Raymond contributes to transforming food delivery, following the company’s IPO in 2021. From November 2014 to August 2019, Raymond worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Blue Apron, where innovation in food production and distribution was a key focus, coinciding with the company's IPO in 2017. Prior to that, Raymond was a Software Engineer at HowAboutWe, a unique dating service acquired by IAC in 2014, and held the position of Client Services Manager, APAC at Kenshoo, managing significant client budgets. Early career experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst in Credit Product Control at Merrill Lynch, overseeing valuations of complex financial instruments. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and completed a Web Development Intensive program at General Assembly in 2012.
