Iovana Cervantes

Iovana Cervantes currently serves as the Director of Transformation & Strategy for APAC, Europe & Turkey at Delivery Hero since December 2024. Prior experience includes the role of VP Global Customer Operations at GetYourGuide from February 2020 to July 2024, and various positions at Uber from December 2016 to December 2019, including Director of Customer Experience and Scaled Sales - LatAm, Head of Customer Experience - LatAm, and Lead of Community Operations - LatAm. Iovana also worked as a Senior Risk Consultant at Banco de México from January 2012 to March 2013, where the focus was on implementing risk methodologies and financial software, and as a Senior Consultant at KPMG México from December 2009 to December 2011, leading projects across multiple industries. Iovana holds an MBA from IE Business School (January 2013 - January 2014) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla (January 2003 - January 2008).
