Jestine Sanchez is an experienced operations and UX manager currently serving as the Manager of UX and Research Operations at Delivery Hero since February 2022, overseeing a Research Ops team across two tech hubs and defining the Research Program roadmap. Previously, Jestine held positions as the Head of Platform Operations at Latana Brand Tracking from January 2021 to February 2022, where operational measures were implemented to enhance data collection processes and fraud response, as well as leading initiatives for project efficiency.
