Ravi Singh

Ravi Singh is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations Excellence (Service Ops) at Delivery Hero since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing regional service operations across nine European markets and developing service strategy focusing on Customer Experience and Product topics. Previously, Ravi held the role of Head of Business Process Excellence at foodpanda APAC while with KPMG India, and worked as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations, establishing a program management office for a 3PL player. Additional experience includes managing the outbound supply chain at Tata Steel and serving as a Consultant in Supply Chain for Deloitte US-India Consulting, focusing on the Order-Delivery-Cash cycle. Early career experience includes a role as a System Engineer at Infosys. Ravi holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur and a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
