Sharda Ratna Sitaraman

Sharda Ratna Sitaraman is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in project management and people culture transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Delivery Hero since June 2025, Sharda previously held critical roles at AUTO1 Group, including People Projects Expert and Senior Project Manager in People, Organisation & Development. Prior to that, Sharda worked at Tata Management Training Center for nearly a decade, advancing from Research Associate to Deputy Manager, and also served as Assistant Manager at Tata Management Training Centre. Sharda began professional experience as a Summer Trainee at Amkette.
