Luísa Souza Frazzon has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Luísa started their career as an Atendimento Publicitário and Gestão de Contas at Xodó Gestão de Marcas, where they were responsible for conducting strategies to develop and maintain client relationships. Luísa also handled prospecting and presented campaigns and strategic offline media planning.

After that, Luísa worked at Grupo RBS, where they focused on planning and executing events for the company. Luísa then joined Art Meio Comunicação as an Especialista em Mídia, working on media buying, material approval, and monitoring of campaigns for clients in the retail, automotive, and real estate sectors.

Later on, Luísa joined COWMED as part of the marketing team. Most recently, Luísa worked as an Analista de Marketing Pleno at Delivery Much Brasil. Luísa'sresponsibilities included managing and monitoring KPIs for local franchises, developing copy for CRM campaigns, creating social media strategies, and coordinating marketing actions. Luísa also assisted with promotional campaigns and influenced local media partnerships.

Throughout their career, Luísa has demonstrated a strong background in marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.

Luísa Souza Frazzon's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Universidade Federal do Pampa and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Social with a specialization in Advertising and Propaganda. Luísa successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2013.

Afterward, Luísa decided to further their education and enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014. Luísa pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and completed their studies in 2016.

In 2022, Luísa returned to Universidade Federal do Pampa to pursue a Master's degree in Communication and Creative Industry. This program is expected to be completed by 2025.

Aside from formal education, Luísa has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2022, they completed the "Formando Campeões: Liderança F.C." course at Escola Conquer. In January 2023, they completed the "Produtividade Inteligente" course at the same institution. Additionally, in February 2023, Luísa obtained a certification in "Simplifica Excel Express" from SIMPLIFICA TREINAMENTOS.
