Gayatri Dixit

Gayatri Dixit has over 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Gayatri began their career in 2009 as a Summer Intern at the Reserve Bank of India, where they worked on a project focused on the changing trend in regulations and supervision of NBFCs. In 2010, they joined Jade Blue Lifestyle India Ltd as a Senior HR Executive. In 2012, they moved to the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) as an Associate- OB & HR. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Grass Roots as a Manager HR, where they were accountable to develop and lead initiatives to drive more diverse talent acquisition pools, identify ways to enhance candidate experience, and manage compliance and employee welfare. In 2019, they joined HurixDigital as a Business HR, and also took on a Senior Manager HRBP role at Tacto. Currently, they are an Associate Director - HRBP at Delivery Solutions.

Gayatri Dixit attended Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh from 2008 to 2010, where they earned their MBA in HRM & Marketing. Prior to that, they attended CSJM University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned their B.Sc in Electronics.
