Sabhar Jain has been working in the customer success industry since 2014. Sabhar started as a Tutor and then moved to RIVIGO as a Key Account Manager in 2017. In 2019, they became the Head of Customer Support and Customer Success Manager at FieldAssist, and also took on a Mentor Customer Success role with no company specified. In 2020, they joined Gain Grow Retain as a Member, and in 2021 they joined CS Insider and Customer Success Network as a Member and Program Manager at BYJU'S FutureSchool, respectively. In 2022, Sabhar Jain became a Senior Manager at BYJU'S and Senior Manager: Customer Success at Delivery Solutions.

Sabhar Jain received a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University between 2012 and 2016.
