MacHlen Polfliet

Machlen Polfliet is an experienced professional in the engineering field with a strong background in aerospace and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Site Management Program Supervisor and previously as Mechanical Engineer II and I at Delkor Systems since September 2022, Machlen also co-founded Canopy Watch Company, LLC in July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Scientist at ASTER Labs, Inc., where achievements included leading R&D for an automated dental cleaning device and contributing to a NASA-funded aerial research vehicle project. Additional roles as an Engineer Intern at ASTER Labs, Researcher at NASA Minnesota Space Grant Consortium, Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, and Technician at Audio Video Integrators highlight a diverse skill set. Machlen holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a high school diploma from Iowa City High School.
