Michele Matthai

Michele Matthai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture, diversity, and inclusion, having served as Director of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion at Dell Technologies from May 2022 to June 2023 and as Director of Culture of Inclusion & Diversity at Rockwell Automation from January 1994 to May 2022. At Rockwell Automation, Michele led the Global Culture of Inclusion & Diversity Center of Expertise, developing strategic initiatives and programs to enhance inclusion across the enterprise. Prior roles included Program Leader and Manager of HR Strategy & Planning, where Michele provided critical support on performance management and leadership development for a diverse workforce. Michele's career began as a Senior Electronics Buyer managing a substantial portfolio. Educational credentials include an MBA from Marquette University and a BA in Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
