Natasha Shirazi

Natasha Shirazi is the Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Lead for APJ & Greater China at Dell, responsible for aligning regional D&I consulting with global strategies and overseeing regional Employee Resource Group (ERG) operations. With extensive experience at Dell since 2006, Natasha has also served as a Learning and Development Consultant, focusing on curating training programs, and held roles in Customer Experience program management and sales operations. Prior to Dell, Natasha worked at Bharti Mobile Limited for over 11 years as Manager Customer Care, overseeing both in-house and outsourced operations. Natasha holds a BA in Industrial Relations & Sociology from the University of Karnataka and completed 10th grade at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
