Krishna Chaitanya Velaga

Krishna Chaitanya Velaga is an accomplished data scientist with a strong background in community data and evaluation, currently serving as Data Scientist III at the Wikimedia Foundation since January 2021. Previous roles at Wikimedia included Analyst and Global Data and Insights Fellow, where Krishna contributed to the documentation of numerous GLAM-Wiki collaborations and the development of structured data models. Additionally, Krishna has experience as an Independent Consultant at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, facilitating the transition of University Innovation Fellowship training onto a wiki. Krishna's expertise extends to community engagement, demonstrated during a tenure at VideoWiki.
