Nikhilesh Vinod

Nikhilesh Vinod is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Sales for BFSI at Dell Technologies since June 2016. In this role, Nikhilesh has been responsible for P&L and leading a team of large account managers and virtual client executives, focusing on enhancing Dell Technologies' brand through hybrid cloud, digital transformation, data strategy, and security. Previously, Nikhilesh held key positions at AGC Networks Ltd from September 2010 to June 2016, including Regional Head for West India, where the focus was on building a go-to-market strategy and creating high-impact sales teams. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Sales Manager at Avaya GlobalConnect Limited from July 2001 to September 2010, where Nikhilesh successfully revitalized challenging business segments and developed strong customer relationships.
