Paul Melanson

Paul Melanson is a seasoned professional with twenty-nine years of experience in civilian and military leadership, program and project management, and process improvement. They have held significant roles, including Manager of ISG Storage Global Product Compliance Engineering at Dell Inc., where they ensured product compliance for safety and materials in targeted markets. Previously, as Commander of the Massachusetts Army National Guard's 51st Troop Command, they oversaw over 2,000 soldiers. Paul holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University.
