Randall Heaton

Randall Heaton has extensive experience at Dell, beginning in 1998 and continuing to the present. Currently serving as Consumer Services Director, Randall has also held roles such as Communications Solutions Senior Manager, Program Management Senior Manager, and Retail Strategist, where responsibilities included defining Dell's retail strategy. Prior positions at Dell included Marketing Director and Business Planning Manager, as well as Business Strategist. Earlier in Randall's career, roles included Product Operations DFx Engineer from 1998 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1990 and 1994.
