Senior Manager Technical Support

Scott Marcinek has extensive experience in technical support and management, beginning at CA Technologies as Manager of Customer Support from May 2001 to October 2006. Scott continued to develop expertise at Dell EMC, serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and then as Senior Manager of Technical Support until July 2010. Following this role, Scott returned to EMC, taking on the position of Supervisor of Tech Support from July 2010 to July 2012, before becoming Manager of Technical Support, a position held since July 2012. Scott completed a degree in Business with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University between 2013 and 2016.
