Victoria Kinnealey

Victoria Kinnealey works on the Portfolio Development team where she provides strategic guidance on market fit and revenue generation strategies in addition to positioning and advocating for Dell Technology Capital investments in the broader start-up ecosystem.

Victoria joins DTC from Blenheim Chalcot, a UK-based venture building firm. While at Blenheim Chalcot, Victoria led go-to-market and business development strategy for portfolio companies in North America. Victoria brings extensive experience in B2B tech with a focus on strategy and execution for fintech, edtech, and mediatech companies. Prior to Blenheim Chalcot, Victoria founded Viinko, a non-cognitive edtech platform focused on helping middle and high public school students develop executive function skills.

Victoria holds a B.A. in Leadership from the University of Richmond, a Master’s in Corporate Communication from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Boston University.
