Bob Clements

Bob Clements has a diverse work experience, holding various managerial and executive roles in different companies. Bob started as a Project Manager at ExIS in 1991 and later became an Executive Vice President and Founder of Browning & Clements in 1993. In 1996, they joined Platinum Technology Inc. as the Director of Business Intelligence. In 1997, Bob co-founded Orbit Commerce and filled multiple roles as the company grew. Bob then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Simplified Workforce Solutions from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at 360Commerce, Inc. as the VP of Product Development and later as the Senior Product Director of Workforce Management. Bob then became the Director of Product Management at Workbrain from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Bob worked as a Senior Director of Product Management at Infor. In 2009, they joined Axsium Group, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer and President, starting as a Senior Principal and being promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategy. Additionally, they have been an Advisory Board Member at The Workforce Institute since 2010.

Bob Clements attended Glenbrook North High School from 1981 to 1985. Bob then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Colorado State University from 1985 to 1989. In September 2020, they obtained a certification titled "How to Use LinkedIn Learning" from LinkedIn.
