Chad Grimshaw

Chad Grimshaw is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Superintendent at Dellbrook | JKS since September 2023. Previously, Chad held the same position at DPR Construction from November 2018 to August 2023. Chad's career trajectory includes roles as Construction Project Manager at Union Point MA, Project Manager at Tocci Building Companies and Site Specific, and Project Manager/Project Superintendent at Shawmut Design and Construction. Chad began in the construction industry as an Assistant Superintendent at Chapman Construction/Design and initially worked as an Apprentice Carpenter at Richman Construction. Chad holds a B.A. in Political Science, Government & History from Providence College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
