Jim Tracey

Jim Tracey, P.E. serves as the Executive Vice President at Dellbrook | JKS since September 2013, a key player in the Northeast construction industry known for its comprehensive services in both public and private sectors. Previously, Jim held the position of Project Executive at KVAssociates, Inc., a construction consulting firm dedicated to supporting Owners in real estate and design. With extensive experience in the construction field, Jim has also served as Vice President of Healthcare at Suffolk Construction, Project Manager at Peabody Construction, Project Engineer at URS (O'Brien Kreitzberg), and Bridge Engineer at Caltrans. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
