David Mann

David Mann has extensive experience in aviation and operations management. From 1981 to 2019, they worked at the United States Department of Defense, where they held the role of Aviation Manager. In this position, they oversaw a commodities repair, overhaul, and manufacturing operation, leading a team of over 1,650 personnel and generating annual revenue of $525 million. David excelled in production and manufacturing, achieving a 92% on-time delivery rate and a 13% increase in production. Through coaching and mentoring, David implemented a revolutionary production system, resulting in a 50% reduction in customer backorders and an increase in production hours. In 2019, David joined DelMar Aerospace Corporation as the VP of Aviation MRO Operations, where they currently serve.

David Mann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001. David went on to pursue a Masters degree in Aeronautical Science from the same university, which they completed in 2007.
