Shawn S. Korin, MBA, PMP, serves as the Digital Engagement Manager at Delmar International Inc., where key accomplishments include implementing a global CRM and developing BI tools during the pandemic, leading the RFP process for a new global CRM, and managing a team to maintain Salesforce across global offices. Previously, Shawn co-founded LineIQ, an intelligent queue management system, and held the position of Vice President of Technology at iMotion Security, where responsibilities included strategic planning and BI system implementation. Education encompasses an MBA from John Molson School of Business, a PMP certification, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Computer Science from Concordia University, among other credentials.
