William Mitchell

William Mitchell has extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as the Front Office Operations Manager at DelMonte Hotel Group since February 2021. Prior roles include Front Desk Supervisor at Best Western Plus Plattsburgh since August 2016, Assistant General Manager at Tharaldson Hospitality Management from September 2020 to May 2021, and Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) at Marriott Hotels between July 2019 and September 2020. Previously, William was a Front Desk Manager (FDM) at Nine Platt Hospitality Group from August 2015 to June 2019. William holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where studies took place from 2014 to 2016, and has also attended Herkimer County Community College.
