Chris Falconer

Chris Falconer is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and training and development. Currently serving as Sr Human Resources at Delnor Construction since January 2023, Chris has previously held multiple leadership roles at EllisDon from 2011 to 2022, including Director of People & Culture and Manager of People & Culture for both Canadian Building Groups and EllisDon Industrial. Chris's earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Victory Rig Corporation and as a Human Resources Recruiter with Alberta Health Services. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from The University of Lethbridge and has completed various training programs, including a Yoga Teacher Training certificate and a Dale Carnegie course.
