David Rubin

David Rubin is a seasoned professional in the fields of National Security and Cyber, currently serving as Managing Director at Deloitte since February 2016, previously holding the position of Director. Prior to Deloitte, David Rubin held various leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton from October 2009 to December 2015, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, and was a Principal at Booz Allen from 1991 to 2008. David Rubin earned a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on International Security, International Economics, East Asia, and US Diplomatic History from The Fletcher School at Tufts University between 1983 and 1985, and a BA in History and Economics from Brandeis University from 1979 to 1983. Early education was completed at Winston Churchill High School, graduating in 1979.
