Wanya has held various senior positions at Deloitte, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring Group, specializing in Cash and Working Capital Optimization. Wanya's expertise includes assisting distressed businesses through restructurings and optimizing liquidity across multiple regions including South Africa, the UK, Greece, and the United States. Wanya also has a strong background in Learning and Development, having managed internal training functions and initiatives across Deloitte. Wanya holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business and a B.Acc from Stellenbosch University.
