Mads Damborg

Mads Damborg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services. Since May 2010, Mads has served as a Managing Partner and Equity Partner at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where Mads leads a team providing comprehensive M&A advisory services, leveraging in-house expert knowledge across various fields. Prior to this role, Mads was with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Transaction Services Group from January 2007 to May 2010, contributing significantly to establishing the M&A advisory department in Jylland, Denmark, and providing services ranging from corporate finance advisory for small and medium-sized businesses to financial due diligence for large-cap clients. Mads began the professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance as an Associate from September 2005 to December 2006, gaining experience in audit and accounting assignments. Mads holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Law, both from Aalborg University.
