Adam Arnott

Adam Arnott started their career at Tesco Bank in 2013, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Group Payments Strategy. In 2018, they moved to PA Consulting as a Financial Services Consultant. Adam joined Deloitte in 2019, where they progressed from Senior Consultant to Manager and eventually to Senior Manager. Adam held roles such as Chief of Staff UK CIO Programme and led technology transformation consulting teams in Financial Services. Adam'smost recent role at Deloitte Digital is Head of Go to Market - Converge Banking (UK), where they focus on cloud-based software solutions for financial institutions. Additionally, Adam participated in the 2050 Climate Group's Young Leaders Development Programme in 2017.

Adam Arnott completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Strathclyde from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, they participated in the Young Banker of the Year competition at The Chartered Banker Institute. Adam also obtained their SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification from the Lean Agile Institute in 2018.
