In addition, Alneada has held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte since September 2016, where expertise in design thinking, behavioral science, and agile methodologies has led to the successful execution of extensive business modernizations for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Alneada's innovative change management framework focuses on human centricity and psychology to streamline organizational changes. Previous roles include founding The Strategic Mom as a content creator, and various legal positions, including a law clerk at Lightfoot, Franklin & White, and a legal intern with the Minnesota Vikings.
