Caleb Sawade

Caleb Sawade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, simulation, and optimization. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at Deloitte since July 2021, Caleb previously held the position of Director at Deloitte Digital, where focus areas included simulation and data science. Before joining Deloitte, Caleb was a Senior Manager at McLaren Applied Technologies, overseeing the Modelling and Decision Sciences division and leading model-driven decision-making initiatives. Earlier roles included Systems and Simulation Engineer and Modelling and Simulation Team Lead at McLaren, as well as a PhD Researcher at the University of Southampton, where research centered on enhancing human learning in virtual environments for sports applications. Caleb holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Southampton and a degree in Electrical and Mechatronic Engineering from the University of South Australia.
