Caroline Calov Funch

Caroline Calov Funch is an experienced professional in the actuarial field, currently serving as the Head of Nordic Actuarial Practice at Deloitte since January 2017, overseeing operations in Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Caroline has held various leadership roles within Deloitte, including Partner and Director in Actuarial, Risk & Advanced Analytics, demonstrating expertise in advanced analytics, IFRS 17, and IFRS 9 (Impartment modelling). Prior experience includes positions at AXA, where responsibilities included developing global individual protection strategies and predictive analytics, as well as roles at Skandia and Danica Pension focusing on business development, profitability analysis, and product innovation. Caroline holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Copenhagen and began their career with Swiss Re as an actuarial student.
