Casey Caram

Casey Caram is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where responsibilities include leading culture and community initiatives, practitioner support, and engagement within the Human Capital Org Transformation practice in the Bay Area. Caram also directs the Human Capital Finance Transformation center of excellence and oversees a community of 200 leaders, focusing on developing resources for client interactions. Previous roles include serving as Executive Director of Triangle Volleyball, Inc., where Caram co-founded a top youth volleyball club, and as Director of Alumni Relations at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where a comprehensive alumni program was successfully revitalized. Caram holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an A.B. in Religion from Vassar College.
