David Betts

David Betts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and consulting. Currently serving as the Public Health Transformation Leader at Deloitte Consulting since April 2004, David is responsible for creating resilient public health infrastructures to meet the needs of communities. Prior to this role, David held positions such as Principal in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte and Associate Consultant at Navigant Consulting, Inc. Additionally, David's earlier career includes a managerial role at Accenture and a position as Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Academically, David holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Quantitative Analysis from Carnegie Mellon University and advanced degrees in Production Management and Theatre from The University of Texas at Austin and University of California, Riverside, respectively.
