Fernanda Tauffenbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, management, and diversity and inclusion roles. Currently serving as the Lead Origins Pillar - DE&I and Partner at Deloitte, Fernanda also holds the position of Diretora de Diversidade e Inclusão at Infra Women Brazil. Previous experience includes over 13 years at Andrade Gutierrez S.A., where Fernanda progressed through various roles focused on operational excellence and project management across major infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
