Leticia Camara Roinesdal

Leticia Camara Roinesdal is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting since August 2023, previously serving as a Senior Manager and Human Capital Manager at the same firm since May 2010. With a strong focus on digital and organizational transformation, leadership development, talent management, communications, and change management strategy, Leticia has extensive experience in executing large-scale, complex transformations for global clients across various industries. Prior roles include a Leadership Rice Intern at Vollmer Public Relations and participation in the Peer International Advisors Program at Rice University, where responsibilities included cultural training for international students. Leticia also served as the Lead Teaching Assistant for the Rice Summer Business Institute, coordinating programs for high school students, and interned at the El Paso Finance Center, where guide writing for MBA training was a key duty.
