Lucas Fontes

Lucas Fontes is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, performance improvement, and business valuation. Currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since November 2020, Lucas focuses on corporate restructuring and short- and long-term performance enhancement, including budget preparation and financial projections. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Ultracargo, where financial models for medium- and long-term strategy were developed. With previous positions at Deloitte Brasil and Solar Brasil Investment, Lucas has extensive experience in financial advisory, economic-financial assessments, and market research. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology from Universidade Federal do ABC and an MBA from USP/Esalq.
