Nancy Tran

Nancy Tran is an accomplished Principal at Deloitte Consulting with over a decade of experience driving customer strategy, digital transformation, and organizational talent services for global companies. With a track record of exceeding sales targets and profitability metrics, Nancy manages an active pipeline of digital transformation and tech implementation projects. Nancy has led initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion while reimagining digital workplaces to address post-COVID challenges. Previous roles include Manager of Institutional Giving at Second Stage Theatre and Director of Annual Giving at Georgetown University Hospital, where impactful fundraising strategies and philanthropy initiatives were developed.
