Nicola Walters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and management consulting. Currently serving as the Chair of Changeworks Enterprises and Chief Transformation Officer & Senior Director at Deloitte, Nicola also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Changeworks, contributing to key committees. Previously, Nicola founded and managed Organisational Elephant Ltd and served as Managing Director at Competitor's Edge Ltd, specializing in Financial Services IT and business change. A proven leader in program management, Nicola has also held significant roles at CYBG PLC, Swedbank, Generali, and Bord Gais Energy, emphasizing strategic implementation and governance. An alumnus of the University of Stirling, Nicola was recognized as Graduate of the Year in 2019.
