Todd Higgins

Todd Higgins retired as a Principal in Deloitte’s Government Public Services practice after nearly 34 years in consulting. During tenure at Deloitte, Todd was the Lead Client Service Partner for the State of Arkansas and the State of Indiana, contributing significantly to the State, Local and Higher Education practice. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting and as a Senior Manager at Andersen Consulting. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University's Scott College of Business.
