William Potvin

William Potvin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and management consulting, primarily focusing on early-stage and emerging market companies. As the founder and president of Tracey Associates Inc. since 2007, William has provided strategic guidance across various sectors. Additional roles include board member at the American Classical Orchestra and advisory board member for Ward Howell International, where William offers expertise to a global executive search firm. Previously, William retired as a principal at Deloitte Consulting, leading the Global Actuarial & Insurance Consulting Practice and overseeing operations in Russia, Ukraine, and Eastern Europe. William also co-founded DoverBridge, specializing in executive search for independent directors, founded UZURV, an on-demand transportation company, and led The ESP Group LLC, a cybersecurity firm. William holds a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from American University.
