He is also part of the Tax & Legal Executive team for Deloitte North and South Europe and a Swiss Certified Tax Expert with nearly 25 years of experience. Reto is one of the leading M&A tax specialists in Switzerland and particularly savvy in cross-border and domestic corporate restructuring topics. Reto is the lead tax advisor of several Swiss-based listed companies and advises Swiss and foreign-based private equity houses. Reto holds a master's degree in law from the University of Berne.
